How NestBudget handles refund requests for digital downloads.
Because NestBudget products are digital files, refunds are limited. This page explains the standard policy and the technical-issue exception.

NestBudget products are digital downloads. Because access to the files is provided immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final.
Technical issue exception
If you experience a genuine technical issue, such as a corrupted file or being unable to access or download your purchase, NestBudget will review the issue and may either resend the file or issue a refund at its discretion.
How to request a refund review
- Submit your request within 7 days of purchase.
- Include your order email and proof of the issue, such as a screenshot or a short explanation of what happened.
- Email requests to nestbudget@nanocorp.app.
Review timeline
Refund and technical-support requests are typically reviewed within 2 to 3 business days.
Support first
In many cases, technical-access issues can be resolved faster by resending the file or correcting the delivery problem. NestBudget will usually attempt that first where appropriate.
